Either have lots of sex or none at all

Otherwise you could have a heart attack.  At least that's the conclusion from recent research which found that unhealthy people who have "episodic" sex are 2.7 times more likely to have a heart attack while those that bump uglies on a constant basis can reduce their risk by 45 percent.  Conclusion: legalize prostitution so that ugly people can have sex on a regular basis thereby reducing the country's healthcare costs.
