Salary increase formula

It's that time of the year again when all the minions are starting to stress out about their performance reviews and hoping, wishing that they'll receive a decent raise come review time.  I made some inquiries into the HR department and was able to extract from them our company's formula for determining annual pay raises (below).  I confirmed the calculations with my past increases and it seems to be fairly accurate.  Good luck minions.
